Product Description
Sintered Mesh Filters include sintered filter discs and sintered filter cylinders.They are fabricated with multilayer stainless steel woven mesh fabric,or sintered together with perforated metal mesh and expanded metal mesh.
Our most popular standard sintered mesh filters are made of 5 layers sintered wire mesh or 6 layers sintered mesh.
Material: Sus304, 316L, 2205, 2507, Monel, Hastelloy
Micron size: 1 micron to 200 um
Thickness: 1.0mm 1.7mm(standard thickness) 3.5mm or as customized
Layers: 3 4 5 6 layers or customized.
Diameter: 10mm to 150mm or customized
Height: from100mm-1500mm or customized
