Wave shaker screen panels are constructed with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers, after compounded and bended, with a steel backing plate combined together, increase the filtering area 120% to 150% compared to hookstrip flat screen, get a better effective.
Wave Type Screen are the replacement products of flat screens. The effective area is 125% to 150% of flat screens. Without changing the construction of shakers, the using of the Wave Type Screen can improve the quality of drilling fluid and increase the production. We can supply Wave Type Screen with mesh sizes ranging from 60 to 250.
